We try to collect as much used boards as we can, and to re-use the same board for more kids. But, as any sportif knows, a good and tailored equipment is necessary to improve and keep the motivation high.

NEW WETSUIT: 100 €

The kids who needs a tailored teaching because they enter too late in school, are in private schools, while the others are in public schools.
As the quality of the teaching in the local public schools is very low due to the lack of space and the constant strikes of the teachers, our goal is to be able to cover private school fees for every child in the program.

SURF IN SENEGAL PER YEAR: 270 €
The kids in the program are training hard to compete in the National Surfing Championship, which is organized by the Senegal Surfing Federation and it includes 4 competitions in 4 different spots around the peninsula. They are divided in categories per age and they dream to win the championship!
INSURANCE: 20 €
CHAMPIONSHIP FEES (inscriptions and transport on the spot): 50 €
COACHING IN THE WATER AND TRANSPORTATION TO THE SPOTS BY CAR AND BOAT:

It is very rare that a Senegalese surfer, especially at a young age, can find enough money to have his own equipment; the same for families. It is thanks to the project that the equipment becomes accessible to young people, either it is boards and wetsuits that will be used by several surfers according to their evolution, or thanks to sponsorship some manage to have their own equipment.
