Connor Klein, son of Irish founder Carmel Klein-Kelly and currently in charge of De Bonte Koe, is a big fan of the sea. When he’s not working, he’s surfing. It was his dream to develop a bar that reflects his love of chocolate and the waves and to support a surf team in Dakar.
Amoul Solo is created by Iris, who lives in Dakar and shares with us her passion for surfing.
